	Meet and Greet: We are happy to come to your home for no charge to meet you and your pet(s). At this meeting we will answer any questions you may have about our services or any additional services you may require, and share with us any information that will help us care for your pet(s). You’ll show us where the food and water are kept and any feeding and watering instructions you may have. You’ll show us where the litter box is kept and where all supplies are for scooping and litter cleanup. You’ll show us where all supplies are kept including both food and litter. We’ll pick up keys for your residence or go over any alternate entry instructions you may have. Usually takes 20-30 minutes.
	Additional Consultations: We are happy to come over and meet with clients for additional consultations. Should a client request an employee return to their home for an additional consultation, ie. to meet a new pet or go over a change in the pet routine, etc. there is a $100.00 fee per additional visit.
	Trips to the veterinarian or picking up pet supplies: $100.00 plus the cost of medications, pet supplies, and Uber to and from the store from the client’s home. Having adequate supplies on hand is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure their pet(s) can be properly cared for while they are away.
	Key Pickup or Return: $100.00 for each pickup or drop off after the initial Meet and Greet. Usually the client gives a spare set of keys or an entry procedure to avoid the fees.
	Medications: Generally there is no charge for most medication administrations. Giving a pet an injection (no subcutaneous fluids) or sticking a pill into a pets mouth where there is risk of being bitten are examples of when the $15.00 fee would be applicable.
	Holiday and Event Rate: $20.00 per visit. Rate for working on a holiday or experiencing transportation delays caused by event closures.
	Pet Sitting Service Hours: 8:00 am until 7:00 pm everyday
	Payment is always due in full on the first sitting day via Zelle, Checks made payable to David Owen, or Cash. Post dated checks, partial payments, non-payment, etc., are not acceptable without prior arrangement and may result in termination of services.
	Rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancelation Fees: Within 72 hours, no fee, within 48 hours, $50.00, and within 24 Hours, $100.00.
	Please note: For the safety and well being of your pet(s), Kitty Kat Pet Sitting Services does not accept jobs when the client would like me or my staff to “Skip” days while they are away. Kitty Kat Pet Sitting Services reserves the right to decline or refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws. Kitty Kat Pet Sitting Services, Inc. is licensed, insured and bonded.
